Placement Fit Guarantee
If a delivered backlink does not meet an objective criterion confirmed in writing before payment—such as the agreed niche, target URL, placement type or minimum publisher criteria—notify us within seven calendar days of delivery.
We will review the placement against the written order. Where the issue qualifies, Editorial Backlinks will:
- correct the issue where possible;
- provide a suitable replacement placement; or
- refund the price allocated to the affected placement if a compliant replacement cannot be delivered within the replacement period stated in the proposal.
Undelivered work
If Editorial Backlinks cannot deliver the agreed number of placements within the agreed campaign period, the client may accept an extension, replacement service or a pro-rata refund for the undelivered portion.
Publisher removal
If a publisher removes a qualifying placement during the written replacement period, we will review the removal and attempt a replacement. Publisher edits, rel-attribute changes or removals outside the stated protection period are not automatically refundable.
